Tony Daloisio of Change the Way You Change working with the Frederick Gunn School has been selected to present at The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) Annual Conference this November in Washington DC

Tony Daloisio, Principal of Change the Way You Change working with the Frederick Gunn School is honored to have been chosen to present Change the Way You Change to hundreds of boarding school leaders and administrators from around the globe at TABS Annual Conference in Washington DC.

For more than 20 years, TABS has convened the leaders and educators of the boarding school industry at an annual conference to provide professional learning, timely resources, and expansive thought leadership. The 2022 conference will be held November 10–12, at the Washington DC Renaissance.

The program offers over 50 sessions across nine industry sectors, four pre-conference sessions, spotlight speakers, and this year, a special address from TABS newly appointed Executive Director, Susan Baldridge. The Keynotes will be delivered by Crystal Williams, President of Rhode Island School of Design, and Shabana Basij-Rasikh, President and Co-Founder of the School of Leadership in Afghanistan. The conference features special receptions and events, and an Exhibit Hall with over 75 vendors serving the independent school market.

TABS will present the annual Ruzicka Compass Premier Leadership Award to an individual whose career has significantly advanced the excellence and success of boarding schools. And for the first year, TABS will present the Burch Ford

Kaleidoscope Award to three recipients whose work exemplifies excellence in the area of Student and Residential Life.

Daloisio comments, “Modern times call for modern approaches to education. Inherit in this statement is the need for change, and the successful navigation across the divide. Just as the “old ways” of education need updating, so do the “traditional ways” of change management. It’s time to rethink change management and Change the Way You Change.”
